This lab will consist of a power point based lecture followed by hands-on scanning on models. A station will also be available to practice ultrasound-guided injections on tofu. The lecture will provide a detailed review of common pathology assessed and interventions performed with ultrasound about the elbow/forearm/wrist and hand. Specifically, we will focus on injuries to tendons, regional nerves and joints. The hands - on section will be run by the individual table trainers. They will follow an outline to help direct the learn while learning how to scan specific structures and review the set up for guided interventions.
